About Best North Shore
Seeking unique and beautiful places, naturalist and outdoors expert Andrew Slade has scouted hundreds of miles of North Shore hiking and cross country ski trails, plus nearly two thousand campsites, for his published guidebooks. As a former BWCA canoe guide and outdoor educator, he enjoys helping people “get out there” to discover wild places.
